How Enthrone approaches business financing

Enthrone Capital works with a network of third-party funding sources; it is not a bank. Instead of a single lender's answer, one conversation opens the door to multiple financing options. We combine institutional experience with a personal, advisory approach — a capital partner, not a portal.

  • Access to multiple financing sources through a broad lender network
  • Personalized guidance from an advisor who understands your business
  • Deal structuring, so the request lands well with the right funding sources
  • Options you can compare on cost, speed, and terms

Who we work with

Enthrone works with established, U.S.-based businesses across a wide range of commercial industries. Owners in sectors such as retail, food service, construction, healthcare, professional services, manufacturing, transportation, real estate, and technology can all start with the same funding qualifier.

As a preliminary guide, many of the operators we fund have two or more years in business, roughly $25,000 or more in monthly revenue, and approximately 600+ personal credit. These are indicators, not a guarantee of approval — and borderline situations are still worth a conversation. See the full preliminary guidelines.

Business expansion financing

Opening a new location, adding capacity, or launching a growth initiative often calls for more than one kind of funding — for example equipment financing for new machinery, commercial real estate financing for a new facility, and working capital to cover the ramp-up. Your advisor helps you decide which structures fit each part of the plan.

Inventory financing

Inventory financing helps you stock up ahead of demand and protect your margins, so you can fill large orders or prepare for a busy season without tying up operating cash. Depending on the business, it may be arranged on its own or as part of a broader working capital solution.

Large commercial transactions

For major initiatives, Enthrone can support structured deals up to $50 million, depending on the program, the use of funds, and underwriting. Larger transactions take more preparation, and your advisor will walk you through what funding sources will want to see.

Other structured needs

Not every request fits a standard category. If your situation is unusual, Enthrone can help build a custom capital solution around your objectives. Start with the funding qualifier or request a call with Edd.

What information may be needed

Requirements vary by program, but funding sources commonly ask for some or all of the following:

  • Recent business bank statements, including all pages
  • Business tax returns and a year-to-date profit and loss statement
  • A schedule of current business debt: each loan, lease, or advance, with the lender, balance, and monthly payment
  • Business formation documents, such as articles of organization or incorporation and the operating agreement or bylaws
  • A photo ID for each owner with 20% or more ownership

You'll only be asked for what a given option actually requires — and always through a secure request, never in this website's forms.
